The Eye ring is made in blackened 18krt gold, set with diamond. 

Kate O'Toole wore this ring along with the matching earrings and necklace to the Oscar's in Hollywood. 
The Earrings were later donated by Slim Barrett to the Irish Heart Foundation to raise money for a heart unit.
