Slim Barrett's iconic Glass collection was designed in 1988.  It attracted the attention of British couturier Jan Van Vanvelden who commissioned pieces for his collection which he presented to the late Princess Diana.  Bruce Oldfield commissioned pieces for his couture collection and promotional campaign with Charlotte Rampling in British Vogue.

Plait Necklace


The Plait necklace is made in hand-worked frosted glass tube and leather thong with sterling silver catch.  Three rows of frosted tube, divided with glass bead spacers, are threaded onto leather thong and plaited together.

This necklace appears in the Japanese and European publication of Numero.
