Slim Barrett's iconic Glass collection was designed in 1988.  It attracted the attention of British couturier Jan Van Vanvelden who commissioned pieces for his collection which he presented to the late Princess Diana.  Bruce Oldfield commissioned pieces for his couture collection and promotional campaign with Charlotte Rampling in British Vogue.

The long Oval earrings are made in hand worked glass and mixed metal.  The hand-blown glass ovals are filled with copper and brass wire, threaded on black leather thong and linked together.

The Oval earring is loved by uber stylist, Patti Wilson who featured the earring in her shoot for Numero.
